One B Tower
One B Tower, developed by Al Wasl and designed by UNStudio and SIE Architects, stands as a model of sustainability and craftsmanship. The exceptional design features modular elements, showcasing innovative and efficient construction techniques. Each detail reflects the singularity and precision that define the tower, highlighting our commitment to excellence and sustainable living. Al Wasl Tower B is a testament to cutting-edge design and meticulous craftsmanship.
In this project, comprehensive consultancy services were provided by our team, encompassing facade consultancy, facade access consultancy, and sustainability consultancy. Additionally, daylight study and glare study were conducted to ensure optimal environmental conditions within the building. Detailed assessments were carried out to explore the feasibility of integrating Building Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPVs), complemented by thorough life cycle analysis and energy modeling to support efficient long-term operational strategies.
Como Residences
Como Residences is a luxurious residential tower located in Dubai's Palm Jumeirah, developed by Nakheel and designed by BPA Architects. This architectural marvel features a curved glazed curtain wall and curved aluminum cladding, emphasizing its elegant, free-form facades. Offering unparalleled views and world-class amenities, Como Residences redefines urban living in one of Dubai's most iconic locations.
In this project, our role encompassed facade, facade access, and sustainability consultancy. We conducted radiation analysis to assess balcony shading effects and performed parametric rationalization on complex facade geometry for efficient construction. These efforts ensured a seamlessly integrated approach to architectural and environmental considerations, enhancing both design precision and construction feasibility.
SHA Wellness Island
.SHA Wellness Island, developed by Imkan and designed by SIE Architects, is the world's first healthy living island, an embodiment of sustainability and wellness. Located off Sheikh Zayed Road, halfway between Dubai and Abu Dhabi, in Al Jurf, this project promises an elegant and holistic living experience. The design emphasizes sustainability and wellness, creating a harmonious environment that nurtures both body and soul. This exceptional project showcases our commitment to innovative, sustainable, and elegant design.
In this project, our expertise in facade consultancy, facade access consultancy, and acoustic consultancy was instrumental. We ensured compliance and collaborated closely with architects to develop high-quality facade systems and achieve acoustic comfort across all assets including SHA hotel, residence apartments, villa residences, hotel villas, and pavilions.
St. Regis Residences
Regis Residences, developed by Driven Properties and designed by XBD, is a 60-story tower located in Downtown Dubai. Offering stunning views of Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Canal, the tower features 232 units ranging from 1 to 5-bedroom apartments. The building includes luxurious amenities such as a lounge, library, boardroom, cinema, and games room. Inspired by traditional areesh houses, ghaf trees, falaj systems, pearl diving, and Arabian coffee, the St. Regis project connects with UAE’s historical, physical, and social heritage. This exceptional development combines modern luxury with cultural richness, making it a unique addition to Dubai's skyline.
In our role for the St. Regis Residences project, we provided comprehensive facade consultancy, facade access consultancy, and acoustic consultancy. Our focus was on ensuring regulatory compliance and collaborating closely with architects to develop pristine facade systems and achieve optimal acoustic comfort throughout the tower.
Terrazzo Residences
Terrazzo Residences, developed by Taraf and designed by RMJM, offers luxurious living in Jumeirah Village Circle. It features 240 one to three-bedroom apartments across two low-rise buildings. The interiors boast terrazzo tile finishes, warm earthy tones, and panoramic windows, ensuring natural light and a serene atmosphere. The facades are contemporary and unobtrusive, blending with JVC's natural elements.
In our contribution to the Terrazzo Residences Project, our focus was on facade consultancy and facade access consultancy. We worked diligently with the project architects to design and optimize the facade systems for aesthetic appeal, functionality, and ease of access. By ensuring seamless integration of these elements, we enhanced the overall architectural integrity and operational efficiency of the project, delivering a solution that meets the highest standards of modern urban living in Dubai.

Cello Residences, developed by Taraf and designed by RMJM, offers luxurious living in Jumeirah Village Circle. It features 240 one to three-bedroom apartments across two low-rise buildings. In our involvement with Cello Residences in Dubai, our expertise in facade consultancy, facade access consultancy, and acoustic consultancy played a crucial role. We ensured adherence to regulations and worked closely with architects to engineer sophisticated facade systems, prioritizing both aesthetic quality and acoustic comfort. This collaborative effort contributed to the overall excellence of the project, ensuring that each component, from the tower itself to its associated amenities, met rigorous standards of design and functionality.
